Description
The De avibus, a moralized book on birds by Hugh of Fouilloy, is on folio 92v-98r. Incipit: Prologus Hugonis prioris in librum de tribus columbis. Only parts of the first 23 chapters are included, on the dove, hawk, turtledove and sparrow. Illustrated with a few of the usual diagrams, but no bird images.
